My homework keeps piling up,
My homework keeps piling up, and what am I doing? Starting a weblog, of course. Yeah, I’m sure there’ll be many posts started with the phrase “I should be doing homework, but…”. This week does not look too good. I forgot to bring a bunch of stuff to keep me warm: blanket, long PJ’s, sweatpants, slippers… Throw in a poorly insulated house and low temperatures below freezing and I’m guaranteed to have a case of pneumonia or worse! As busy as I’ve been lately I could use some time in bed though.
It gets worse, too! I was driving to my sucky CEG 260 lab (sucky doesn’t even begin to describe it) this morning, and like an idiot I hit the curb and got a flat. With my trusty cell phone and some good roomates, I made it to lab and back ok. I may have to chain Roger in his room here or something because I don’t know what I’d do without him. He helped me take the torn up tire off, find a new one, and put the new one back on for under $50 in under 2 hours. He’ll finish school this quarter, and I don’t know how much longer he’ll stay here. Don’t go Rog!!
