So Nintendo came out with the official name for the Revolution. Wii. You know, like the pronoun. (Here’s an article if nintendo’s site loads a bit slow like it did for me.) I want to keep my optimism up that it’ll catch on but Revolution said so much about the system and seemed like a perfect fit. (Unlike the codename dolphin that the gamecube had.) I suppose it’s not written in stone yet. I’m eagerly anticipating what they’ll show at E3.

I have died and gone to flickr heaven. I found a plugin today that lets me view the images in my flickr photostream or in everyone’s stream and drag them into my posts. This makes blogging about new pictures about a million times easier. It’s glorious!
Plus it gives me a nice gallery that lets you browse through all my photos here on my blog instead of having to go to flickr. Nothing wrong with flickr but now my photos feel more integrated with my blog.
If you know your roman numerals and read my post from a week ago, then you’ve already guessed that I’ve passed my first major dieting milestone of getting under 200 pounds (or 14.2857143 stones). I made a nice diet page to track my progress so check it out. It’s got a lovely ticker image!

Started this insane diet of 1500 calories per day at the beginning of April and I’m down under 200 now so I thought I’d create a page to show my progress. So here’s a lovely visual tracker.
Weighed myself after my walk last night and I was down to 195. That’s definitely a valley though. Not accurate at all. This morning I checked in at 198 and I think that’s a safe number to put down.
CIC is not good syntax apparently
Well Tone and Luda have split up. Tone’s moved downtown and took all his furniture with him, leaving their former nest quite bare furniture wise. This makes it less desireable as a hangout so we’ve taken to playing beer pong and chillin’ at my place. I just hope we don’t have many more recording sessions that last until 5am like we did last night. My body’s used to sleeping at midnight and it’s not happy past then.

Just thought I’d give an update on my diet. I got down to an even 200 this morning! I’m seven pounds lighter than two weeks ago. Our new vendors put a bunch of cookies in each kitchen in this building as of yesterday, which may make it difficult to stay on track. But as long as I add them into my total calories (keeping track on my day planner) I’ll be fine. My goal for this week is getting under the mile marker that is 200.
